Schmittenhöhebahn AG CONSENT*
I agree that I will receive, up to ten times per year by post and/or by email, information on events and other Schmidolin Club information sent to my postal or email address given above. I also hereby give my express permission to use my given personal data for the above mentioned purposes and for the ongoing storage of my personal data. My personal data will not be disclosed to third parties. The lawfulness of the above mentioned data processing is based on this agreement, and may be revoked at any time by sending an email to schmidolin@schmitten.at. This then causes the inadmissibility of further processing. In the event of cancellation, all benefits available through the Schmidolin Club are terminated. In the event of membership cancellation, my personal data will be immediately deleted but at the latest with the completion of the 10th year of life (the age limit for the Schmidolin Club). I have a right to receive information about the stored personal data concerning my person, on data transferability, to rectify or delete my personal data, as well as restriction of, or opposition to the processing of said data. I can exercise these rights by sending an email to schmidolin@schmitten.at. Additionally, I have a right of complaint and/or appeal to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Hohenstaufengasse 3, 1010 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at, www.dsb.gv.at).
